Getting to know GFI...

Gas Field Innovators is a locally owned and operated Alberta company, centrally located in the town of Linden, approximately 100km northeast of Calgary. We are the manufacturer of the Gas Hog, a 60 hp reciprocating compressor, the Sound Hog engine silencer, the high volume Liquid Pump and an After Cooler system. These items are not only in use on our Gas Hogs but can be adapted to fit your existing equipment as well.

We manufacture all these products from the ground up in our 32,000 square foot facility which is fully equipped not only to build our products, but also to assist in designing specialty items individually suited to your well specifications. GFI also offers packaging and repair of various other types of natural gas compressors and has the facility to repackage other types of oilfield equipment such as separator skids and metering facilities.

Our president Fred Majocha, P. Eng. built the company from the ground up using his own expertise in the oil and gas industry combined with some excellent designing minds. The products he has been instrumental in designing and producing are all original and highly versatile for our industry which is never static.
